This path is well-suited for someone living abroad who frequently comes to Israel for work or vacation and requires a consistent base always at their disposal. It's important to remember that even if no one is living in the house, regular maintenance and various inspections are still necessary. Additionally, it's always convenient to have someone prepare the house and provide a warm welcome to the owner, who may arrive tired after a long journey.

By delegation of the owner we participate in condominium assemblies. We are also ready to interact with individual neighbors should the need arise

Cleaning and Hospitality
Even an uninhabited space needs to be cleaned from time to time. In addition to routine cleanings, more thorough cleanings are scheduled before and after each owner's stay.
Mail Collection
Every two weeks we will publish photos of the mail you have received in your Reserved Area of our website, you will decide which letters to open for us and which to keep aside until your next arrival
Utility payment
We keep all utilities under control, without making you find debts and other unpleasant surprises upon your return

Routine checks and carrying out repairs and maintenance where necessary
